Behind the Scenes
Two tools for two different problems: one to help the team work better, one to answer clients faster.
Scene 01The problem
Time tracking ran on an external paid service, far from how we actually work.
Preparing client reports meant logging into Google Analytics and Google Ads every time, account by account.
Scene 02The technical choice
- Shot 01
NOOO Time
The in-house time tracker that replaces Clockify: daily log, weekly timesheet, calendar with draggable blocks. All 30 people at the agency use it.
- Shot 02
Reports that matter
Filters by person, project and tag; export to CSV for Italian Excel, two-sheet Excel and PDF.
- Shot 03
Access
Login restricted to the company domain, account approval and three roles.
- Shot 04
An MCP server for reports
A separate tool: it answers plain-language questions about clients' GA4 and Google Ads data, and compares several properties at once.
- Shot 05
One-click install
The server ships as a Claude Desktop extension with local OAuth: everyone sees the clients they already have access to, and data doesn't go through third parties.
